Support our troops

3 Rifles are in the process of returning from a gruelling seven month tour of Afghanistan.  Sadly during the tour the Battlegroup lost thirty of its soldiers killed, and many more wounded, many of those with life changing injuries.  In addition we can only guess at the care that will be required for those with non physical injuries in the coming months and years.

Our work on short term immediate support and assistance for the families, girlfriends and boyfriends of the dead and wounded has now come to an end.  However we will continue to collect donations and send out our remaining wristbands.  These together with unused donations from our main campaign will be used to fund projects that provide support and assistance for the families of the dead and wounded  as well as the wounded themselves.

You can help by:

• Making a donation to the 3 RIFLES BG wristband appeal (click on the "Donations" link).
• Proudly wearing the "Swift and Bold" wristband that we send you as a sign of that support.
• Forwarding this website address onto as many people as you can.
• Asking every website owner you know (or even the ones you dont know) to carry one of these web banner adverts in their ad rotation.

ALL the money you send will go directly to the battalion’s wristband appeal where it will be used directly where it is needed.
